RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In Accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation


Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. The following policy outlines your return and exchange rights in full detail.

1. Right of Withdrawal & Return Period

Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you may return your product within 14 days of the delivery date without providing any reason.

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, with its original tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • For products with a hygiene seal (bikini bottoms, underwear, etc.), the seal must remain intact (Article 15/1-e).
  • Custom-made or personalised products are not eligible for return.
  • The product must be in a resalable condition.

2. Hygiene Policy

Bikinis, swimwear and underwear are hygiene-sensitive products. In accordance with Article 15/1-e of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose hygiene seal has been removed or that show signs of use.

All returned products are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team upon arrival. Returns that do not meet hygiene requirements will not be accepted and the product will be shipped back to the customer.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, you may notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. In such cases:

  • All shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • You may choose between a full refund or a product exchange.
  • Sending a photograph of the defect to our customer service team will help speed up the process.

4. Return Process & Refunds

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Once your return is approved, you may ship the product via our contracted courier.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the product arriving at our facility and passing quality control, using the original payment method.
  • For returns under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Shipments made through carriers other than our contracted courier are also at the customer’s expense.
  • Products purchased during promotional or sale periods are also eligible for return, provided the above conditions are met.

5. Exchange Policy

Size or colour exchanges may be made directly, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may return your order and place a new one.

All return conditions (unused, tags attached, hygiene seal intact) must also be met for exchanges.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding returns or exchanges, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts at the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction. For current monetary thresholds, please refer to the official website of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade.

Yes, provided the product meets all return conditions, we can arrange a size or colour exchange subject to stock availability.
