These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of the Derin Isle website (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
- “Derin Isle” / “Company” / “We”: The legal entity operating the Site and selling the products.
- “Customer” / “You”: Any individual or legal entity that uses the Site, registers an account, or places an order.
- “Site”: The e-commerce platform accessible at www.derinisle.com.
- “Product(s)”: All bikinis, swimwear, and beachwear items offered for sale on the Site.
2. General Conditions
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Site.
Derin Isle reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be accessible on the Site.
Orders placed through the Site are subject to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is accurate, up to date, and complete.
The confidentiality and security of your account credentials are solely your responsibility. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify our customer service team immediately.
4. Products & Pricing
All product images and descriptions on the Site are presented as accurately as possible; however, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY), inclusive of VAT. For international orders, prices may also be displayed in EUR or USD; the applicable amount is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Derin Isle reserves the right to adjust prices and run promotional campaigns. The price of a confirmed order will not be changed.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes a legally binding distance sales contract. An order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail.
Derin Isle reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, your payment will be refunded in full.
6. Payment Terms
The Site accepts payment by credit card and debit card.
All transactions are processed through a secure payment infrastructure protected by SSL encryption and 3D Secure technology. Your card details are never stored on Derin Isle servers.
Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully completed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipments
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days (may vary by region).
- A tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail and/or SMS.
International shipments
- Derin Isle ships worldwide.
- Estimated delivery time for international orders is 5–15 business days.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local levies are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Derin Isle is not liable for delays caused by customs or courier services; however, our customer service team will provide assistance.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy. Please review that document before placing your order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including designs, photographs, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Derin Isle and is protected under Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (Law No. 5846).
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)
Your personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation.

11. Limitation of Liability
Derin Isle does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or error. Services may be temporarily suspended for technical maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.
Derin Isle shall not be held liable for damages arising from the use of products for purposes other than their intended use.
Derin Isle is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Site.
12. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, pandemics, war, government regulations, strikes, supply chain disruptions, and similar unforeseeable events shall be considered force majeure.
Derin Isle shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil its obligations due to force majeure events; however, customers will be informed at the earliest opportunity.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
In the event of a dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committee (within the applicable monetary thresholds) or the Consumer Courts at the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
